Friday Run

Carn Runners have recently embarked on a variety of social runs, exploring picturesque locations across Cornwall. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also strengthen the bonds among members. We acknowledge that many members may have participated in additional runs not mentioned here, and we commend everyone’s dedication to staying active.

Sunday Run with Zoe: Boscawen and Malpas Area

On Sunday, a group joined Zoe for a 6-mile run around the Boscawen and Malpas area. This route, known for its scenic beauty, offers runners tranquil views along the river and through wooded paths.​

Camborne to Hayle Distances

Another group embarked on runs covering 8, 11, and 16-mile distances from Camborne to Hayle. These routes are popular among local runners, offering varied terrains and scenic landscapes.​

Friday’s Carn Brea Adventure

The Friday group opted for a unique route along the base of Carn Brea then out towards Tolvaddon for a nice varied terrain route. Meeting a horse along the way who wanted to get in the photos!

Embracing the pure joy of running, Kat enjoyed a spontaneous fun run with her dog amidst the dunes. Without the constraints of a watch, time, or specific distance, she immersed herself in the moment, exemplifying the essence of running for pleasure.​
